Meet your builder & home inspector, Tom!

Tom is a licensed residential builder in Michigan (242500366). His project experience includes a focus on bathroom renovations and remodels, as well as drywall installation and repairs, flooring installation, countertop installation, roofing, siding, exterior repairs, and interior renovations.

He is a Certified Professional Inspector through InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and AHIT (American Home Inspector Training). In addition to the standard certification process he has completed additional work focused on well, septic, radon and pool/spa evaluations.  Tom will perform each inspection according to the InterNACHI standards of practice.

His background experience includes working as a mechanical engineer, steel building construction, home remodeling, roofing, oil field drilling as well as pool/spa installation and maintenance.

Tom is naturally very curious, conscientious and has a strong eye for detail.  He is constantly continuing to learn and expand upon his knowledge of the latest building materials, tools, and inspection techniques. It is extremely important that his work is done correctly and no corners are being cut. This gives you the confidence that your home renovation or project is worth your investment.
