Tom just performed an inspection and radon test on a new construction home purchase for us. He was very professional. His report was provided quickly after the inspection and included photos and videos of each issue, making it easy to work with the builder/seller to get them fixed before closing. He also spent time on the phone with us to walk through all his findings since we weren't able to be there in person. We would recommend Tom for anyone looking for an inspection.

Tom showed up on time for our home inspection, and he thoroughly inspected all accessible areas of our home, from the basement to the attic and outside ground level to and including the roof. His inspection report is very well written and easy to understand, including a summary of his findings, pictures of each issue he identified, information on the severity level of each issue, and enough detail to help me figure out how to appropriately address each issue.

We would certainly recommend Roan Inspections, and would be glad to share our experience with any of their prospective clients.
